<p>About the Role :</p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in building and scaling applications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FastAPI, microservices, and backend systems, and should be able to contribute from day one in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.</p><p><br/></p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Python (FastAPI framework).</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Optimize application performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Write clean, reusable, and testable code; participate in code reviews.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and debug applications in production environments.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to the transition from contract role to full-time hire (C2H) after 12 months.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements : </p><p><br/></p><p>- 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in FastAPI, RESTful APIs, microservices, and scaling applications.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Good knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong problem-solving skills.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
