The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing quality standards, managing automated and manual testing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>- Oversee all stages of the software development process to ensure adherence to quality standards.</p><br/><p>- Design, plan, and execute test cases before product launches to ensure requirements are met.</p><br/><p>- Identify and resolve defects through systematic testing and debugging.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with development, systems, and infrastructure teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.</p><br/><p>- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and protocols.</p><br/><p>- Analyze and document test results; recommend corrective actions and improvements.</p><br/><p>- Design automation test cases in <b>BDD format</b> based on user stories.</p><br/><p>- Implement and promote test-driven development (TDD) practices.</p><br/><p>- Stay updated with emerging QA technologies and methodologies.</p><br/><p><b>Required Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p>- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering or related roles.</p><br/><p>- 3+ years of experience designing and executing manual and automated tests.</p><br/><p>- Strong hands-on experience with full software development lifecycle for complex systems.</p><br/><p>- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in programming languages such as <b>Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang, C/C++</b>.</p><br/><p>- Experience with <b>UNIX/Linux and Windows</b> environments.</p><br/><p><b>Desired Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p>- 5+ years of experience in <b>test automation</b> and setting up automation frameworks.</p><br/><p>- Hands-on experience with tools like <b>Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, TestComplete, ReadyAPI, EggPlant, Perfecto</b>, etc.</p><br/><p>- Experience with <b>GitHub, JIRA, Xray</b>, and working in a <b>DevSecOps</b> environment.</p><br/><p>- Background in <b>financial services</b> or handling sensitive financial data.</p><br/><p>- Knowledge or certifications in <b>cyber security</b> is a plus.</p><br/><p><b>Education & Certifications :</b></p><br/><p>- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in <b>Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field</b>.</p><br/><p><b>Soft Skills :</b></p><br/><p>- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.</p><br/><p>- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.</p><br/><p>- Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a culture of quality.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
