The Opportunity:
Pure Spectrum is seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our exceptional team.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer you will be responsible for creating and structuring the automated tests of our products.

You should be comfortable to take care of all the details involved in automation, from the test environments to the implementation of scenarios.

Your Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to thoroughly test software applications and features.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify and report defects and ensure product reliability.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and designers to understand product requirements and user stories.
- Participate in test planning and contribute to defining testing strategies for various software projects.
- Document and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Perform thorough defect tracking, investigation, and verification of reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify areas for test automation and develop automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior SQA engineers, providing guidance and sharing best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated on the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar discipline from any recognized University.
- 5+ years of Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, with a focus on testing web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, processes and best practices - including Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Gherkin syntax.
- Strong knowledge in automation frameworks for API and UI testing.

Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, Test NG, Cypress, Postman.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems and test management tools.
- Experience in creating automated test pipelines in a CI/CD environment.
- Experience working directly with databases, particularly Mongo DB, to perform data testing, integrity validation, and write queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in Agile or Scrum development environments and functional in JIRA is advantageous
