<p><p><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a highly motivated QA Engineer with strong experience in Python and Playwright to join our growing team.<br/><br/>You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our web applications.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Playwright.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality standards.<br/><br/>- Design, build, and implement test frameworks and tools for functional, regression, and performance testing.<br/><br/>- Analyze test results, log defects, and verify bug fixes.<br/><br/>- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for test automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously improve the automation framework and testing processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure proper documentation of test cases, plans, and reports.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing using Playwright.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills and Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field<br/><br/>- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Test Engineer with a focus on automation.<br/><br/>- Strong programming skills in Python.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation testing.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.<br/><br/>- Experience with test frameworks like pytest, unittest, or similar.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests in the pipeline (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)<br/><br/>- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.<br/><br/>- Experience with debugging, logging, and troubleshooting test failures.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with other automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman or REST-assured.<br/><br/>- Experience with performance and load testing tools.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.<br/><br/>- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.<br/><br/><b>Benefits :</b><br/><br/>We want you to be your best self and to pursue your passions!<br/><br/>- Health and wellness benefits/programs to support holistic employee health<br/><br/>- Flexible hours and working schedules, as well as parental leave for new parents<br/><br/>- Growing organization with career pathing and development opportunities<br/><br/>- Tons of perks and extras in every location for all Phenoms!</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
