This application will feature listings, profiles, and traffic management, and will require expertise in performance optimization, seamless UI/UX, and user engagement.
Some features will be developed natively, so collaboration with native iOS and Android developers will be essential.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and enhance React websites & React Native mobile applications (iOS/Android) with a focus on high conversion rates.<br/><br/>- Implement dynamic listing features for smooth browsing experiences.<br/><br/>- Optimize profile traffic and improve user engagement through innovative UI/UX.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with native developers to integrate and optimize native modules.<br/><br/>- Improve app performance, responsiveness, and scalability for high traffic.<br/><br/>- Integrate analytics tools to track and optimize user interactions.<br/><br/>- Implement A/B testing for refining UI components and user journeys.<br/><br/>- Maintain push notification and in-app messaging systems.<br/><br/>- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.<br/><br/>- Debug and resolve issues for a seamless user experience.<br/><br/>- Deploy applications to App Store and Google Play Store, managing updates efficiently.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b><br/><br/>- 45 years of mobile application development with React & React Native.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and preferably TypeScript.<br/><br/>- Experience with listings, search functionality, and profile engagement.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and React Navigation.<br/><br/>- Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party SDKs.<br/><br/>- Focus on conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.<br/><br/>- Experience working with native iOS and Android developers.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with performance profiling, memory optimization, and debugging tools.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of user behavior analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).<br/><br/>- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, in-app messaging, deep linking, and referral programs.<br/><br/><b>Candidate Criteria</b><br/><br/>- Currently working in a Series B to Series D level product-based company.<br/><br/>- Minimum 4 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in React.<br/><br/>- Experience building an app end-to-end or owning a major business feature end-to-end.<br/><br/>- Mentoring experience is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
