                <p>KRAs : <br/><br/>- Design, develop, and optimize solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.<br/><br/>- Configure Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules to automate business processes.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in Aura, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.<br/><br/>- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications via REST, SOAP, and middleware solutions<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C processes in Salesforce environments.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (SFDX, Copado, Git, Bitbucket, etc.).<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of features like Omni-Channel, Entitlements, CTI Integration, and Service Console.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end development within Salesforce.<br/><br/>Qualifications : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience : Minimum 5-7 years of experience working with Salesforce, with at least 3 years in a senior consultant role.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or equivalent certifications.
Advanced certifications like Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Consultant certifications are a plus.<br/><br/>- Project Management : Experience managing projects end-to-end, including budget, timeline, and resource allocation.<br/><br/>- Client-Facing Skills : Strong experience in managing client communications, expectations, and delivering business value through Salesforce solutions.<br/><br/>- Technical Expertise : Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components), integrations, and data migration.<br/><br/>- Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead teams, manage and mentor junior consultants, and foster a collaborative working environment.<br/><br/>- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and deliver solutions under pressure.<br/><br/>Preferred Skills : <br/><br/>- Industry Knowledge : Experience working with clients from various industries, including healthcare, finance, retail, and manufacturing.<br/><br/>- Agile Methodology : Familiarity with Agile project management practices.<br/><br/>- Third-Party Integrations : Experience with third-party applications, data integrations, and tools that extend Salesforce capabilities.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud : Experience in implementing and managing solutions across these Salesforce Clouds is highly desirable<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
