<p><p><b>Salesforce Technical Leadership :</b><br/><br/>- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom apps, Lightning Components).<br/><br/>- Manage L3 technical support for ongoing incidents, defect fixes, and performance issues, ensuring SLAs are met for Salesforce clients.<br/><br/>- Conduct detailed root cause analysis for recurring technical issues and propose preventive measures.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain complex Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.<br/><br/>- Maintain and optimize Salesforce custom objects, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, flows, and security model.<br/><br/><b>Integration & Middleware :</b><br/><br/>- Manage integration between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft (if applicable), and other middleware platforms.<br/><br/>- Support data migration, synchronization, and integration error handling.<br/><br/><b>Java & Angular Development :</b><br/><br/>- Apply Java programming skills for middleware services, batch utilities, or integration layers supporting Salesforce.<br/><br/>- Maintain and enhance Angular-based web components or portals interfacing with Salesforce data.<br/><br/><b>Client Engagement & Support Continuity :</b><br/><br/>- Work directly with clients business and IT teams to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure operational excellence.<br/><br/>- Participate in change management and release planning for enhancements.<br/><br/>- Provide technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer to other team members.<br/><br/>- Offer proactive recommendations to improve Salesforce adoption, data quality, and automation efficiency.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/><b>Salesforce Expertise :</b><br/><br/>- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 4+ years in a Senior Developer role.<br/><br/>- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL, SOSL.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative capabilities.<br/><br/>- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform App Builder capabilities.<br/><br/>- Proficient in Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.<br/><br/>- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins, etc.).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices for scalable code.<br/><br/><b>Integration & API Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Strong experience in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware integration.<br/><br/>- Hands-on with Java-based integration services and API gateways.<br/><br/>- MuleSoft or similar ESB experience preferred.<br/><br/><b>Java & Angular Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Strong Java development background for backend services and middleware.<br/><br/>- Angular experience for building or maintaining custom portals or dashboards integrated with Salesforce.<br/><br/><b>Salesforce Clients Engagement Context (Highly Preferred) : </b><br/><br/>- Experience in support-heavy environments with strict SLAs.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of consumer goods / FMCG industry processes is a plus.<br/><br/>- Understanding of existing clients Salesforce customization and integrations (will be provided during onboarding).<br/><br/><b>Certifications (Preferred) :</b><br/><br/>- Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory)<br/><br/>- Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)<br/><br/>- Salesforce JavaScript Developer I (preferred)<br/><br/>- Salesforce Administrator (preferred)<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills & Attributes :</b><br/><br/>- Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a client-facing role.<br/><br/>- Proactive problem solver with attention to detail.<br/><br/>- Flexible to work across multiple time zones to support the clients operational needs.<br/><br/>- Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
