<p></p><p><b>Job Details :</b> <br/><br/>Role : Senior Salesforce Developer - FSL<br/><br/>Experience Required : 6-8 years CRM experience in Salesforce platform<br/><br/>Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore<br/><br/><b>Roles & Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- 3 years experience in Salesforce Field Service<br/><br/>- Proficient in Field Service basic data model, Work Orders objects, Workforce objects, Territory and Scheduling objects, Service Appointment objects<br/><br/>- Understanding of Skills, resources, Service Crews<br/><br/>- Understanding of Work Types, Work Plan Templates, Work Step Templates, Selection Rules<br/><br/>- Proficiency in various aspects of Scheduling Policy and Admin Settings<br/><br/>- Spearhead small and mid-sized projects as a technical lead and Point of Contact for clients<br/><br/>- Assist leads, architects and other stakeholders in understanding the requirements and solutioning<br/><br/>- Develop custom code, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning web components, and Visualforce pages, to extend Salesforce functionality and meet business requirements.<br/><br/>- Engage closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and IT personnel to fulfill Salesforce implementation tasks according to requirements.<br/><br/>- Manage smaller Salesforce implementation projects or subsets of larger projects.<br/><br/>- Respond to a variety of broad questions and concerns from customer management regarding project requirements, technical standards, and conditions?
communicate the status of requests and determine the feasibility of projects.<br/><br/>- Maintain documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and system diagrams.<br/><br/>- Deliver results working with delivery partners, customer teams, and AppExchange vendors.<br/><br/>- Work under general direction and independently determine and develop an approach to solutions.<br/><br/>- Guide and supervise juniors in the team<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot roadblocks in implementations<br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Good understanding of different business processes<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience on building Lightning Web Components (LWC), writing Apex code (Triggers, Test class, Asynchronous apex etc.), building integrations with third-party systems using point-to-point connection as well via Middleware<br/><br/>- Object Oriented Programming concepts<br/><br/>- Must have worked on both Salesforce Configuration (Drag-and-drop tools) and Customizations (LWC, Apex etc.)<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and design simple and semi-complex solutions within a tight deadline.<br/><br/>- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills<br/><br/>- Good written and verbal communication skills<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies<br/><br/><b>Certifications :</b><br/><br/>- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer-II (Mandatory if no expertise in niche areas- )<br/><br/>- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer-I (Mandatory if having expertise in one of the niche areas- )<br/><br/>- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer-I (Preferable)</p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
