Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance Salesforce applications on the Salesforce Platform.

The ideal candidate will have a history of direct involvement in product development in various business environments, including complex Salesforce projects.

You will be responsible for the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to deliver full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce technology.
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
• Interact directly with clients, managers, and end-users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.

Key Requirements:

• Must:
• Minimum 7+ Years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Minimum 7 years of experience on Salesforce Platform - Experience Cloud, Community, Integration (REST and Soap).
• Minimum 5 years of experience on Salesforce LWC and Apex.
• Techno-functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with developers, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Proven ability to design and document Salesforce solutions, including but not limited to configuration, custom development, and integrations with other systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
• Support end-users by providing training and documentation on Salesforce solutions.
• Commit to continuous development and acquiring additional knowledge appropriate to the position on an ongoing basis.

Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Developer Certification preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
