<p>Job Summary :</p><p><br/></p><p>We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in custom development on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, and a successful track record in complex Salesforce implementations.
This role will not only be responsible for developing scalable and secure solutions but also for contributing to architecture, enforcing coding best practices, and mentoring junior developers.</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) with 5+ years of hands-on experience.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and test classes to support complex business logic and integrations.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Build and enhance Visualforce pages, workflows, process builders, and Flow automations as required.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability across all Salesforce components.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical & Best Practices :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Participate in architectural decision-making, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to and enforce code quality standards, design patterns, and naming conventions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Maintain version control and engage in regular code reviews and deployment activities.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools as applicable.</p><p><br/></p><p>Leadership & Mentoring :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Document solution designs and technical specifications to facilitate ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.</p><p><br/></p><p>Required Skills & Qualifications :</p><p><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.</p><p><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) - mandatory.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong command over Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Test Class development.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment processes.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform events.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p><br/></p><p>Preferred Qualifications :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications (preferred).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.</p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
