<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Agentforce, Data Cloud, and core Salesforce development.
</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience managing complex deployments in production environments.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows.<br/><br/>- Lead and participate in Agentforce and Data Cloud implementation and customization.<br/><br/>- Manage end-to-end deployment processes, including production deployment and environment management.<br/><br/>- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.<br/><br/>- Optimize data models, workflows, and automation processes for performance and scalability.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality solutions.<br/><br/>- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.<br/><br/>- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and solution architecture discussions.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments.<br/><br/>- Maintain documentation of technical solutions and system configurations.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Must-have : Strong hands-on experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud (including Data Cloud One).<br/><br/>- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, SOQL, and Automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).<br/><br/>- Proven production deployment and CI/CD experience (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or similar tools).<br/><br/>- Good understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and governor limits.<br/><br/>- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).<br/><br/>- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.<br/><br/>- Positive attitude, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) or Salesforce Architect certifications.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including test-driven development and code reviews.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).<br/><br/>- Prior experience working in global distributed teams.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
