<p><p></p><p><b>Position :</b> Senior Salesforce OmniStudio QA<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 6 to 8 Years<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Remote<br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a Senior Salesforce OmniStudio QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and OmniStudio, along with solid expertise in Quality Assurance practices.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manual testing (automation is a plus), exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds, integrations, and data management.
A background in Provider Network Management projects within the US Healthcare domain will be highly valuable.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform requirement analysis, test effort estimation, test design, execution, defect management, and reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Apply a practical approach to complex testing, particularly in regression testing and test automation frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to QA policies, processes, and documentation standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage source code, version control, and deployment standards while maintaining test environment integrity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Review and help define test cases, ensuring quality and best practices in design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with Salesforce teams to support implementations and testing phases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in defect triage calls (internal and UAT).<br/><br/></p><p>- Support UAT testing and customer collaboration during project delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Adapt to customer processes while maintaining QA best practices and quality standards.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce QA experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and OmniStudio (mandatory).<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Admin Certification required.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manual testing expertise (automation knowledge is a plus).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of SQA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and full software lifecycle.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent defect identification, documentation, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with test planning, design, and execution from specifications or stakeholder discussions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and best practices (preferred).<br/><br/><b>Certifications & Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Salesforce Admin Certification (Required).<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Service Cloud Certification (Preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- End-to-end Salesforce implementation experience in US Healthcare (Payer/Provider markets).<br/><br/></p><p>- Provider Network Management project experience (big plus).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
