Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on experience designing, configuring, and developing custom solutions that drive efficiency and streamline business processes
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and deployment procedures.
Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other technologies.
Participate in platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations.
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve bugs and performance issues.
Stay current with new features and best practices related to the ServiceNow platform.
Experience:
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a professional setting.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and general web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
Experience with modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CAD) are a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
