<p><p><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom application development.

This role involves working closely with business analysts, architects, and process owners to deliver scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead end-to-end development of modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC (as applicable).<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain custom scripts, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in platform upgrades, patches, and security audits.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to development standards, version control, and documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the ServiceNow Skills and Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 7+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years on the ServiceNow platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on experience with core modules : ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), CMDB, and Service Catalog.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting in JavaScript.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience developing custom applications using the ServiceNow App Engine.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL framework.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and interpersonal Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required<br/><br/></p><p>- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Required<br/><br/></p><p>- ITIL Foundation Certification - Preferred<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with one or more of the following : ITOM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD, CSM<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with automated testing frameworks (ATF), CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices on ServiceNow<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with scoped applications and ServiceNow Store apps</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Nice to Have :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Performance Analytics and Reporting<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Service Portal, Now Experience UI Framework<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App development<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to multi-instance management or enterprise-scale environments</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
