<p><p><b>Description : </b></p><br/><p>Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer.</p><br/><p>Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune (Hybrid 3 days office).</p><br/><p>Shift : Afternoon shift (flexible).</p><br/><p>Experience Required : 3+ years (relevant).</p><br/><p>Domain : BFSI.</p><br/><p><b>Mandate Skills : </b></p><br/><p>- Active ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).</p><br/><p>- Active CAD (Certified Application Developer).</p><br/><p>- Strong communication & analytical skills.</p><br/><p>- Hands-on in ServiceNow Development / Implementation.</p><br/><p>- Familiar with Agile / DevOps.</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of ITSM, FSO, CSM modules.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Maintain, support, and enhance existing ServiceNow FSO platform functionality.</p><br/><p>- Design, configure, and implement new features aligned with business requirements.</p><br/><p>- Manage integrations, plug-ins, and scoped applications.</p><br/><p>- Handle incident tickets, troubleshooting, and documentation.</p><br/><p>- Participate in ServiceNow release cycles and configuration activities.</p><br/><p>- Enforce ServiceNow coding and platform governance standards.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints and reviews.</p><br/><p><b>Required Qualifications : </b></p><br/><p>- 3+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.</p><br/><p>- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory.</p><br/><p>- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) Mandatory.</p><br/><p>- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, and Data Structures.</p><br/><p><b>?
