Key Responsibilities:
-  Test Strategy Development: Create detailed test plans and test cases tailored to ServiceNow applications.
-  Execution of Tests: Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
-  Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and manage defects using appropriate tracking tools.
-  Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
-  Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis of defects and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
-  Automation: Implement automated test cases using suitable tools and frameworks.
-  Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
 -  Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on test status to stakeholders.
-  Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
-  Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-  Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow applications.
-  Technical Skills: o Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
o Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Strong communication and teamwork skills.
o Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
Preferred
Qualifications:
-  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification.
-  Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM)
-  Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
-  Familiarity with test management tools.
