<p><p><b>Description : </b></p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>SharePoint Online Administration : </p><br/><p>- Manage and configure SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, governance policies, and integrations with Microsoft 365.</p><br/><p>- Monitor system health, implement best practices, and ensure high availability and performance.</p><br/><p>- Develop and enforce governance and compliance policies in line with organizational standards.</p><br/><p>SharePoint Development : </p><br/><p>- Design and develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.</p><br/><p>- Create workflows and business process automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 tools.</p><br/><p>- Implement branding, page layouts, custom web parts, and site templates.</p><br/><p>Copilot Studio / AI Agent Development : </p><br/><p>- Build and deploy intelligent AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.</p><br/><p>- Integrate AI agents into SharePoint and Microsoft Teams environments to improve productivity, self-service, and user engagement.</p><br/><p>- Leverage Power Virtual Agents, Azure AI services, and Microsoft Graph to enable rich AI experiences.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with business users to identify use cases, design conversational flows, and train AI models.</p><br/><p>Collaboration & Support : </p><br/><p>- Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and the IT team to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.</p><br/><p>- Provide Tier-3 support for SharePoint and related M365 services.</p><br/><p>- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><br/><p>- 6+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.</p><br/><p>- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).</p><br/><p>- Experience developing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) or similar tools.</p><br/><p>- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Azure Active Directory, and REST APIs.</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell.</p><br/><p>- Experience with SPFx, React, TypeScript, and modern web development practices.</p><br/><p>- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</p><br/><p>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b></p><br/><p>Microsoft certifications such as : </p><br/><p>- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate</p><br/><p>- Microsoft 365 Certified : Teams Application Developer Associate</p><br/><p>- Microsoft Certified : Azure AI Engineer Associate</p><br/><p>- Experience with Microsoft Syntex, Viva Topics, or other AI-enhanced M365 services.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps practices.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
