<p><b>Roles & Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Monitoring the applications.<br/><br/>- Ensuring the apps are performing well.<br/><br/>- Checking if any issues, error, security vulnerability.<br/><br/><b>Must have : </b><br/><br/><b>- Angular<br/><br/>- Azure Cloud<br/><br/>- C#<br/><br/>- Dot Net<br/><br/>- APM Tools(Dynatrace, Datadog, App Insights)<br/><br/></b><b>Good to Have :<br/><br/></b>- SQL<br/><br/>- Soap<br/><br/>- Rest API<br/><br/>- Team leading exp<br/><br/><b>Core Working hours :</b><br/><br/><b>3 : 00 PM IST 12 : 00 AM IST (5 : 30 AM EST 2 : 30 PM EST)</b><br/><br/><b>Interview rounds : 3</b><br/><br/><b>Interview Preferred Hours : </b><b>EST Time Zone</b><br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Operational Support (40%) : Apply technical expertise and people skills to perform day-to-day responsibilities with moderate supervision.<br/><br/>- Technical Support (30%) : Deliver in-depth problem analysis and resolution for complex technical issues.<br/><br/>- Project Management (20%) : Lead and manage small to medium-scale projects and tasks of varying complexity across the enterprise.<br/><br/>- Customer Advocacy (10%) : Function as a liaison and advocate for enterprise customers.<br/><br/><b>Specialized Capabilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Digital Forensics :</b><br/><br/>- Conduct forensic investigations to identify root causes of system failures or security breaches.<br/><br/>- Recover and analyze data using tools such as Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, and Datadog.<br/><br/>- Document findings in detailed investigation reports.<br/><br/>- Stay current with trends in digital forensics and cybersecurity.<br/><br/>- Develop automation to proactively detect and address potential issues.<br/><br/><b>DevOps Engineering :</b><br/><br/>- Automate processes and develop scripts using tools such as Python, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Visual Studio Code.<br/><br/>- Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions.<br/><br/><b>Disaster Recovery & Resiliency :</b><br/><br/>- Apply knowledge of disaster recovery planning and business continuity practices.<br/><br/>- Demonstrate foundational project management skills including planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving.<br/><br/>- Understand Scrum practices (certification not required but preferred).<br/><br/><b>General Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.<br/><br/>- Effective problem-solving and adaptability.<br/><br/>- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.<br/><br/><b>What are the requirements needed for this position?</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience<br/><br/><b>- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related field.</b><br/><br/><b>- Proficiency in infrastructure, networking, server administration, and performance monitoring tools.</b><br/><br/>- Familiarity with service management processes and methodologies such as Agile, ITIL, and Waterfall.<br/><br/><b>- Advanced knowledge of Windows (90%) and Unix/Linux (10%) operating systems, distributed/cloud infrastructure, Networking, Databases, and Security services.</b><br/><br/><b>- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, PowerApps, or equivalent languages.</b><br/><br/><b>- 5+ years of experience in a 3GL development language (i.e., Python, C++, or .NET language such as C#, VB).
Must be comfortable with full stack web development.</b><br/><br/><b>- Must be fluent in English (Spoken and Written)</b><br/><br/><b>What other are the Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge?</b><br/><br/>- Wireshark Certified Network Analyst (WCNA) certification.<br/><br/><b>- SharePoint SPFx development experience</b></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
