Our business includes Fortune 500 companies with Major brands spread across regions like India, South-East Asia, Middle-East, Japan, US, and expanding rapidly.<br><br>The Opportunity:<br><br>- We are looking for an experienced Software Architect to make intuitive high level decisions for software development.

You will see the - big picture- and create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development team.

The goal is to provide a framework for the development of a software or system that will result in high quality IT solutions.

<br><br>- We have built some Microservices, Device Farms (Android &amp; iOS) &amp; IDE Plugins with Python/Django, Node, Java, Ember to help developers and enterprises to automatically detect and fix security loopholes in their Mobile (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.) / IoT Apps within a few minutes.

We have been a major contributor to open-source community .You don- t need to know anything about security to apply for this position as we have experienced security professionals on-board who will help you.<br><br>- We are very picky about hiring.

We prefer to have incredibly high standards and to hire exceptional people who enjoy pushing themselves to perform at the highest level everyday.<br><br>Responsibilities :<br><br>- Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications<br><br>- Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product<br><br>- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility<br><br>- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards<br><br>- Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team<br><br>- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design<br><br>- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers<br><br>- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.<br><br>Requirements :<br><br>- 5+ years- experience designing and building software applications<br><br>- Solid understanding of a variety of programming tools and development platforms.<br><br>- Proficiency in Python, NodeJS<br><br>- Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture<br><br>- Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods<br><br>- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design<br><br>- Understanding of software quality assurance principles<br><br>- A technical mindset with great attention to detail<br><br>- High quality organizational and leadership skills<br><br>- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities<br><br>Personality traits we really admire :<br><br>- We want to surround ourselves with people driven to do the right things and act with integrity even when no one is looking.<br><br>- Confident and dynamic working persona, which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humor, is an added advantage.<br><br>- Great attitude to ask questions, learn and suggest process improvements.<br><br>- Has attention to details and helps identify edge cases.<br><br>- Highly motivated and coming up with fresh ideas and perspective to help us move towards our goals faster.<br><br>- Follows timelines and absolute commitment to deadlines.<br><br>Interview Process<br><br>- Round 1 Interview - Profile Evaluation<br><br>- Round 2 Interview - Internal software Architect<br><br>- Round 3 Interview - Technical Founder<br><br>- Round 4 Interview - HR<br><br>Compensation<br><br>- 25 - 30 Lakh per Year<br><br>We prefer that every employee also holds equity in the company.

In this role, you will be awarded equity after 12 months, based on the impact you have created.
