from concept to deployment bringing clarity, creativity, and care to every step.<br/><br/> This role blends technical expertise with collaboration.<br/><br/> Youll partner with teams across ETS to build reliable systems, improve processes, and ensure our technology meets the needs of those we serve.<br/><br/><b>What Youll Do : </b><br/><br/> - Define system scope and objectives for new and existing projects.<br/><br/> - Design and develop full-stack applications using Python and modern frameworks.<br/><br/> - Build scalable solutions in AWS cloud environments.<br/><br/> - Write detailed specifications and perform coding, testing, and documentation.<br/><br/> - Analyze and improve procedures to solve complex technical challenges.<br/><br/> - Coordinate production schedules and ensure smooth software delivery.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with teams across ETS to support new applications and updates.<br/><br/> - Help train internal users when new tools or processes are introduced.<br/><br/> - Lead peer reviews and guide quality assurance efforts.<br/><br/> - Explore and implement emerging technologies and Agile methodologies.<br/><br/> - Independently develop, test, and debug software.<br/><br/> - Recommend process improvements based on system limitations and user needs.<br/><br/> - Work across teams to identify gaps and escalate issues appropriately.<br/><br/> - Maintain clear documentation for design, development, and testing.<br/><br/> - Promote best practices and uphold quality standards.<br/><br/> - Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements.<br/><br/><b>What You Bring : </b><br/><br/> - Strong programming skills in Python and experience with full-stack development.<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture.<br/><br/> - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.<br/><br/> - Experience with engineering standards, tools, and SDLC best practices.<br/><br/> - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.<br/><br/> - Proficiency with Windows and Unix operating systems.<br/><br/> - Creative problem-solving and technical strategy skills.<br/><br/> - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.<br/><br/> - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.<br/><br/> - Commitment to delivering solutions that support ETSs mission.<br/><br/><b>Education & Experience : </b><br/><br/> - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.<br/><br/> - Additional coursework in management or information processing is a plus.<br/><br/> - 4+ years of progressive experience in software development.<br/><br/> -
