In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the front-end architecture of our core Drive product, ensuring a fast, responsive, and intuitive user experience.
</p><p><br/></p><p>You will work on a large-scale, enterprise-grade application, contributing to both the technical roadmap and the overall product strategy.
This is a senior-level position that requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user interfaces.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Responsibilities :</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the design and implementation of complex UI features and components for the Drive application, ensuring high performance and scalability.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Architect and build robust, reusable, and maintainable front-end systems and libraries.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and back-end engineers to define and deliver new features.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, and adhering to best practices and coding standards.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs to optimize the user experience.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and propose new solutions to improve our stack.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and post-launch support.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements :</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- B.E./B.
Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science, or a related field.</p><p><br/></p><p>- 6+ years of professional experience in developing user interfaces for large-scale web applications.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Deep expertise in core web technologies : JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Ember.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of browser internals, including the rendering engine, the event loop, and web security models.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Solid knowledge of the network stack (e.g., HTTP/2, caching, cookies) and common front-end design patterns (e.g., Redux, Flux, MVC).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Well-versed in authentication and authorization mechanisms, specifically with cookie-based sessions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of software engineering practices such as deployment pipelines, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and release management.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Sound knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Nice to Have :</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with a TypeScript workflow.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience working on large-scale, cloud-based applications.</p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
