The ideal candidate will have prior experience in architecture/design of full-stack applications, deep knowledge of object-oriented programming, and hands-on experience in REST APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and containerization.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and PHP.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Build, test, and enhance REST APIs in Java (8+) and PHP (Laravel framework).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Work on feature development and bug fixing in PHP-based web applications.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Assist front-end developers by providing Java & PHP backend support.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Create and integrate plugins/modules for common PHP frameworks.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, architectural, and integration issues.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation, and professional engineering practices.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Communicate estimates, schedules, risks, and dependencies to the delivery manager.</p><br/><p><b>Qualifications & Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</p><p><br/></p><p>- 6- 8 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and PHP development.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (Java 8+ and PHP OOP concepts).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Laravel framework for PHP development.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB preferred) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience working with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a team-oriented environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
