This team is focused on restoring and maintaining customer trust by delivering highly available, agile, and resilient payment solutions with 99.999% uptime.<br/><br/>Our team leads engineering governance, continuous delivery initiatives, and critical technological transformations, including cloud adoption, AI enablement, and automationin support of payment operations within an API-driven, event-based Impact & Contribution</b></p><p><br/>As a Software Engineer, you will apply core software engineering principles to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade solutions across Microsoft, Pega, and cloud-native platforms.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and intelligent systems that support mission-critical payment Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and deploy scalable applications using Microsoft technologies: Power Platform, Power Automate, .NET, SQL Server, and Pega.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure high-quality, testable, and maintainable solutions for both cloud (Azure, AWS) and on-premises environments, with a focus on security and compliance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and integrate APIs and automation workflows to streamline business processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Diagnose and resolve complex deployment, environment, and system issues across Microsoft and Pega stacks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business needs into technical solutions with an emphasis on payments processing and </p><p>enterprise system integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Apply Agentic AI and advanced analytics to optimize workflows and automate intelligent behavior across platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate industry best practices into engineering </p><p>workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Solution Architects, SMEs, and stakeholders to validate and refine solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop architecture artifacts, reference models, and support initiatives impacting Azure, Power Platform, and Pega ecosystems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure robust monitoring and observability practices to maintain system reliability and Skills & Experience :</b></p><br/>- 57 years of experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), .NET, and SQL Server<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong background in database design, schema development, and query optimization<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience building secure, enterprise applications in cloud and on-prem environments<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Pega development and API integration practices<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to troubleshoot multi-layered systems (Pega, Microsoft, database)<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of payments processing, data encryption, and compliance<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools for performance and health tracking<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in AI, analytics, and workflow automation<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of payment operations and data security best Qualifications :</b></p><br/>- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent<br/><br/>- Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies or Pega are an added advantage</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
