<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/>Job Description : <br/><br/>We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in C#, WinForms, and network programming, preferably with experience in trading applications.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building responsive desktop-based trading interfaces, integrating network feeds, and ensuring robust real-time performance.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>UI Development : </b><br/><br/>- Design and maintain high-performance WinForms-based trading interfaces using C# and .NET Framework (4.0/4.7.2).<br/><br/>- Implement complex UI components such as DataGridView, custom controls, and dynamic forms/dialogs.<br/><br/>- Follow best practices in OOP, including use of interfaces, abstract classes, and design patterns like Observer and Factory.<br/><br/>- Debug, test, and enhance multi-threaded UI components for performance and stability.<br/><br/>- Handle data binding and ensure smooth user interactions across trading modules.<br/><br/><b>DLL & Library Integration : </b><br/><br/>- Develop and integrate custom DLLs (managed/unmanaged) for reusable business logic and UI enhancements.<br/><br/>- Utilize third-party WinForms libraries for advanced UI features.<br/><br/><b>Network Programming : </b><br/><br/>- Implement TCP/UDP socket communication for real-time market data and trading operations.<br/><br/>- Handle client-server architecture, asynchronous data flows, and network event handling.<br/><br/>- Manage thread synchronization using primitives like Thread, ManualResetEvent, etc.<br/><br/><b>Tools & Technologies : </b><br/><br/>- Version control : Git or TFS.<br/><br/>- Database : SQL Server (for data storage and retrieval).<br/><br/>- Logging and exception handling in distributed system environments.<br/><br/>- Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.<br/><br/>- Prompt engineering skills to utilize AI for development, testing, and optimization workflows.<br/><br/><b>Domain Knowledge (Must-Have) : </b><br/><br/>- Understanding of Equity Markets, Derivatives, and Order Management Systems (OMS).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Indian stock exchanges (e.g., NSE, BSE).<br/><br/>- Experience working with market feeds (e.g., FIX, TCP-based protocols).<br/><br/>- Proven exposure to real-time trading applications and data processing systems.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/>- Experience in high-frequency trading or low-latency systems is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
