<p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/>What will you be doing ?<br/><br/>Molex is offering a highly visible role for a Senior Software Engineer, and you will design innovative software solutions that will plot data relevant for analysis and performance of our high-speed connectors and cables.<br/><br/>- You will be working with a world class Signal integrity, Firmware, and Hardware team to plot S parameter and other relevant signal information.<br/><br/>- You will also be supporting software that our active cable team will be needing for firmware validation.<br/><br/>- You will work closely with Molex engineering teams to translate application needs into best-in-class solutions.<br/><br/>- You may also spend time in Molex lab facilities, delivering innovative development solutions that support our products and drive revenue.<br/><br/><b>What is your team ?

</b><br/><br/>Molex is looking for a Senior Software engineer to support software development for our enterprise and IO solution team.<br/><br/>- Our business is witnessing tremendous growth owing to an increasing need for cloud services and data transfer rates.<br/><br/>- You will be working under leadership that has been setting and driving industry standards in data centers for more than 30 years.<br/><br/><b>We would love to hear from you if : </b><br/><br/>- Must be very fluent and have 4+ years of programming experience in Python (this is necessary).<br/><br/>- Commitment to high quality work.<br/><br/>- Examples of self-actualization required.<br/><br/>- Experience in the implementation of algorithms and implementation of scientific equations/formulas/numerical solutions and data visualization.<br/><br/>- A strong understanding of software architecture and design.<br/><br/>- Ability to apply computer programming concepts to solve complex problems in a variety of programming environments.<br/><br/>- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and others as required.<br/><br/>- Strong verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express complex technical concepts clearly and concisely with global teams.<br/><br/>- Analytical ability to apply logical reasoning, test assumptions, observe results and make corrections.<br/><br/>- Eagerness to learn.<br/><br/><b>What will make you a star candidate : </b><br/><br/>- Experience building desktop applications on Windows (Qt or wx preferred).<br/><br/>- Modeling experience in physics and mathematics (Strongly preferred).<br/><br/>- Experience in C and Matlab.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Gitlab, Jenkins and Jfrog.<br/><br/>- Worked on firmware with microcontrollers or firmware validation testing.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with unit testing.<br/><br/>- Statistical data processing experience.<br/><br/>- Experience developing software libraries and APIs for use by other engineers.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with SQL databases.<br/><br/><b>Why join Molex ?
