<p><p><b>Role : Senior Software Engineer - Java (Microservices)</b><br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Bangalore<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 5+ years<br/><br/><b>Employment Type : </b> Full-time<br/><br/><b>Working Days : </b> 5 days work from office</p><p><br/></p><p><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer (Java) to join a high-impact engineering team focused on building scalable, distributed systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing microservices and a strong foundation in Java-based Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices (minimum 1 - 3 built independently or as a lead contributor).<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.<br/><br/></p><p>- Apply and/or develop ML solutions to build efficient and scalable models.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain code quality through regular updates and adherence to best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure software security and compliance with data protection Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- B.E./B.Tech/MS/MCA in Computer Science or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming using Java.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in building and deploying at least 13 microservices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Kafka, Apache Camel.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB, Elastic).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, </p><p>Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and problem-solving Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).<br/><br/></p><p>- CISCO or equivalent IT certifications.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
