The Senior Solutions Developer is a key technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, and supporting innovative cloud-based solutions that meet client and organizational needs.
This role involves deep expertise in API integration, microservices, and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
The candidate will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, robust, and high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning, high-level design, and architecture of software systems, including API integrations, microservices, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support teams to gather requirements, develop technical strategies, and define project milestones.
- Develop, review, and maintain best practices, coding standards, and documentation to promote efficient, maintainable, and secure solutions.
- Research and evaluate software solution alternatives, perform cost and performance analysis, and recommend optimal architectures.
- Perform hands-on coding and system configuration, with occasional tactical development work to meet project goals.
- Support and troubleshoot cloud services, APIs, and integrations for clients, resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Assist in interpreting logs, system metrics, and reports to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
- Work closely with customer support teams to facilitate customer acceptance testing, post-implementation support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
- Assess technical risks and define mitigation strategies, ensuring the stability and security of solutions.
- Participate in product roadmaps, create user stories, and contribute to the future vision of services—balancing innovation with practical deployment.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in software development and systems integration within SaaS environments.
- Strong expertise in microservices, RESTful APIs, API management, and cloud infrastructure automation.
- Hands-on experience with programming and tools such as Node.js, React, JavaScript, Jenkins, Docker, Helm, GitHub, and middleware/proxy development.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-facing experience supporting API and cloud solutions, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Relevant certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent, are a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or technical support.
- Experience supporting enterprise API integrations, cloud environments, and customer support.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience designing innovative solutions while balancing limitations.

- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and SDLCs.
- Experience with contact center integrations and telephony solutions.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Loki.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
