Role summary

We are expanding our core team to include a Senior Software Engineer (Team-Oriented Technical Leader) who can take an active role in shaping a greenfield, multi-tenant product platform — a modern evolution of our existing Clover solution serving clients across PLM, MES, and ERP domains.

This role calls for a seasoned engineer with strong technical depth , who also brings a collaborative mindset and enjoys mentoring, enabling others , and improving how teams deliver high-quality software.

You will be joining a capable team of engineers and working alongside other senior contributors in a shared-leadership environment.

This is a collaborative technical role — ideal for those who enjoy building with others, guiding peers, and helping strengthen the team as a whole.

Rather than traditional people management, this role emphasizes technical mentorship and team enablement , working closely with other experienced engineers and leads to elevate outcomes through shared ownership and knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to full-stack development for a scalable, secure multi-tenant platform
• Guide and support other engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring
• Engage in collaborative architecture and design decision-making
• Drive quality through automated testing, continuous integration, and good development practices
• Promote shared ownership and continuous improvement across the team
• Work closely with peers and product leadership to align technical and business goals

Team Dynamics

Position: Senior Software Engineer (Team-Oriented Technical Leader)

• Location: Pune, Maharashtra (ICC Trade Tower, Gokhale Nagar)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• WorkMode: Hybrid
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in software development with a demonstrated capacity for leadership and mentorship
• Notice Period: Immediate to as soon as possible

Required Technical Skillsets

• C#,.NET, WebServices, WebAPI, gRPC.
  
  (.NET Core experience is an added advantage)
• Angular (v2 and above), JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  
  
• Worked in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) / Microservice Architecture project.
  
  
• Self-motivated.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
  
  
• Added advantage: Development in Azure/AWS/GCP or any other Cloud Platform
• Added advantage: Docker/Kubernetes knowledge
