<p>About the job :<br/><br/>Python Developer - GCPS<br/><br/>As a Python Developer you will strengthen our agile cross-functional team with your experience in IT projects, cloud architecture and development in a modern state-of-the-art tech stack.<br/><br/> You will be part of an agile team responsible for the development of Global Pricing Services.<br/><br/> You will use your knowledge to provide leading-edge, high-quality deliverables for multiple OEs.<br/><br/> Join us, if you enjoy a startup atmosphere whilst having the reach and market access of one of the largest insurance companies worldwide.<br/><br/>You will :<br/><br/>- Work in cross-functional teams for Global Commercial Pricing services<br/><br/>- Develop and implement scalable pipelines for large or complex data series using common Python modules/packages.<br/><br/>- Development of powerful APIs.<br/><br/>- Quantitative Development<br/><br/>- Data modelling and enrichment as well as transformation using statistical methods and/or ML<br/><br/>- Continuous development (CI/CD) as well as support of processes in a heterogeneous system landscape<br/><br/>- Participation in the renewal of the technology stack with cloud-based services<br/><br/>- Support of , including the implementation of overarching functional enhancements<br/><br/>- Depending on experience, acting as project manager with planning, coordination and implementation, including requirements analysis (and customer communication) possible<br/><br/>Your Skills :<br/><br/>- Very good Python knowledge optionally including Machine Learning<br/><br/>- 3-6 years of experience in Python Development.<br/><br/>- Experience with cloud solutions and data lakes<br/><br/>- Knowledge of SQL (Oracle desirable)<br/><br/>- Interest in topics related to the finance/insurance industry.<br/><br/>- Analytical and conceptual skills, coordination and organizational skills</p><p><br/></p><p>- High level of analytical thinking, motivation, reliability, personal responsibility and independence<br/><br/>- Team spirit and strong communication skills<br/><br/>- Customer- and service-oriented, confident appearance in an international environment<br/><br/>- High proficiency in English<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Successfully completed technical or university studies in (business) computer science or equivalent with IT orientation and/or comparable professional experience<br/><br/>Your benefits :<br/><br/>We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl.
