<p>Key Responsibilities :</p><p><br/>- Collaborate with client teams to define development scope and gather detailed requirements.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Research Salesforce capabilities and conduct gap analysis to tailor solutions to business needs.<br/><br/>- Design and develop custom applications and features using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.<br/><br/>- Perform unit testing to validate business logic and ensure quality delivery.<br/><br/>- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to architecture planning and implementation.<br/><br/>- Engage actively in project discussions, daily stand-ups, and client meetings to ensure alignment and timely delivery.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently by conducting root cause analysis.<br/><br/>- Manage deadlines and take ownership of deliverables from development through deployment.<br/><br/>- Customize Salesforce using configurations such as formulas, workflows, approval processes, custom objects, fields, sharing rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.<br/><br/>- Integrate Salesforce with other applications using REST API and Force.com platform APIs.<br/><br/>- Handle data migration from legacy applications to Salesforce using Data Loader.<br/><br/>- Deploy changes using change sets and Ant Migration Tool.<br/><br/>- Configure profiles and permission sets to manage user access.<br/><br/>- Utilize Salesforce DX for efficient development and deployment workflows.<br/><br/>- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases and best practices, especially Lightning Experience.<br/><br/>Skills & Qualifications : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum 2 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).<br/><br/>- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce customization using Apex Triggers, Classes, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficient in Salesforce configurations including formulas, workflows, approval processes, custom objects, sharing rules, and permission sets.<br/><br/>- Experience with Salesforce integration techniques, including REST API.<br/><br/>- Proven experience with data migration using Data Loader.<br/><br/>- Skilled in deployment processes with change sets and Ant Migration Tool.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of Salesforce administration activities and security model (profiles, permission sets).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Salesforce DX and Lightning Experience.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
