<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Karate Framework and Cucumber.<br/><br/>- Perform manual and automated API testing using Postman, Karate, and other relevant tools.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.<br/><br/>- Write and maintain test cases, test plans, and test data for functional, regression, and integration testing.<br/><br/>- Develop reusable components and libraries in Core Java to support automation frameworks.<br/><br/>- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.<br/><br/>- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.<br/><br/>- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA Skillsets : </b></p><br/>- Java, rest api, Automation, Cucumber, Jmeter minimum 6 years<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Pune only<br/><br/><b>Notice Period</b> Max 60 Days or serving Notice Period or immediate joiners.<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 6 to 10 Years<br/><br/><b>Required Skills : </b><br/><br/>- 6+ years of experience in API testing (manual and automation).<br/><br/>- Strong hands-on experience with Karate Framework and Cucumber.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Core Java for automation scripting and framework development.<br/><br/>- Experience with Postman for manual API testing and scripting.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP methods.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><br/><br/>- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of BDD/TDD methodologies.<br/><br/>- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).<br/><br/>- ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.<br/><br/>- Product company or Product client experience will be a great fit</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
