Join us as a Lead Presales, where you'll oversee project development, design innovative solutions, and play a key role in shaping our client engagements and success!
What You'll Do:
Leverage Experience: To effectively present and integrate solutions that align with the client’s objectives, ensuring optimal alignment and a seamless transition.
Develop Tailored Solutions: Provide strategic recommendations that drive value and address specific business needs.
Maintain High Standards: Uphold high standards of professionalism, Ensure that all solutions proposed are feasible, align with client goals, and adhere to best practices
Customise Solutions: Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points, then present tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.
Present with Impact: Craft compelling proposals and deliver powerful presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our products.
Collaborate for Success: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Drive Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to the table and contribute to strategic discussions during sales meetings and training sessions.
Must Have: Experience in SaaS Sales: 4-6 years of successful experience selling SaaS solutions.
Experience selling to MSPs is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Sales Techniques: Working closely with the sales lead for technical closures of potential prospects and leads..
Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to built rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Design Solution Architectures: Support the selling cycle with relevant demos and proof of concept engagements, Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
Manage Pre Sales Processes: Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition and help with customer onboarding.
You are someone: strong communication and presentation skills, adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and eager to learn and adapt in SaaS or IT sectors.
