<p>Job Duties : <br/><br/>- Design and implement SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB databases.<br/><br/>- Ensure databases are properly maintained, including backups and restores.<br/> <br/>- Manage deployments and ensure best practices are followed.<br/><br/>- Work with the security team to ensure database security.<br/><br/>- Manage database migrations between servers and versions.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with databases.<br/><br/>- Work with vendor support on any issues that require their assistance.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain documentation related to databases.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with other IT team members, including the development team, to ensure system availability and performance.<br/><br/>- Create Change Management Requests with IT and Development.<br/><br/>- Support reporting team members with database queries and data requirements.<br/><br/>- Provide Power BI (and other reporting platforms) support.<br/><br/>- Work with the development team members for AI integrations.<br/><br/>- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.<br/><br/>- Optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability.<br/><br/>- Integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI using Power Query and DAX.<br/><br/>- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards.<br/><br/>- Implement row-level security and manage access permissions in Power BI.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.<br/><br/> Qualifications : .<br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience as a DBA, with a focus on SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.<br/><br/>- Excellent knowledge of database administration, design, and maintenance for SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.<br/><br/>- Experience with database migrations and deployments.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work during US Central time zone hours.<br/><br/>- Experience working with vendor support is a plus.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Change Management processes.<br/><br/>- Experience supporting reporting team members with database queries and data requirements.<br/><br/>- Experience providing Power BI (and other reporting platforms) support.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with AI integrations.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.<br/><br/>- Experience in creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.<br/><br/>- Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.<br/><br/> Job Location : Ahmedabad / Vadodara (WFO).<br/><br/> Timings : 2PM-11PM IST<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
