            Job Description
            
                <p><p><b>About the job :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Providing technical support to clients by identifying and resolving hardware or software issues<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitoring network activity and identifying performance issues that may need to be addressed by IT support staff<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinating and participating in team meetings to discuss new technology initiatives<br/><br/></p><p>- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware components such as </p><p>processors, memory, and hard drives<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyzing data from logs and other sources to identify and resolve problems with computer networks or applications<br/><br/></p><p>- Designing or updating computer networks or operating systems to improve performance or </p><p>functionality<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintaining documentation of all actions taken during the troubleshooting process<br/><br/></p><p>- Determining the cause of problems and suggesting solutions for problems related to computer hardware or software<br/><br/></p><p>- Developing plans for disaster recovery in case of system failure or data corruption<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with all levels of customer and external engineers and management on the most </p><p>complex problems<br/><br/></p><p>- Prioritize workload and advance technical problems where appropriate to the next level of expertise</p><p><br/>- Effectively prioritize and manage personal list of outstanding customer queries<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize ticketing system to track all support calls<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage workload efficiently while being able to resolve time-critical situations professionally<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze business requirements for applications and customer deliverables<br/><br/><b>JD for CD :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- While providing production support should be involved working closely with development </p><p>team to develop, design solutions</p><p><br/></p><p>- Based on in depth analysis of the requirements design, develop and deploy high performance </p><p>and scalable applications in the area of TV and entertainment guidance<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide in depth technical support to Production applications to ensure timely deliveries to </p><p>customers in accordance with Service Level Agreements<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in On Call Application Production Support based on rotation<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with C# / C++ programming experience required<br/><br/><p><b>Desired Skills and Experience : </b>C#, C++</p></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
