For more :</b><br/><br/>The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions :<br/><br/><b>Office 365 Administration :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and maintain Office 365 services, including user accounts, licenses, permissions, and configurations for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.<br/><br/><b>Intune Administration :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee the administration of Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration policies, application deployment, and mobile device management (MDM) to ensure secure access to corporate resources.<br/><br/><b>Security and Compliance :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and manage security measures within Office 365 and Intune, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and compliance policies to protect data and meet regulatory requirements.<br/><br/><b>Incident Response :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Provide 24/7 on-call support for Office 365 and Intune-related incidents, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime and disruption.<br/><br/><b>User Support :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Offer technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing issues related to Office 365 Intune and other integrated services.<br/><br/><b>Monitoring and Reporting :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously monitor the performance, security, and compliance of Office 365 and Intune services, generating regular reports on system health and usage.<br/><br/><b>Automation and Scripting :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency within Office 365 and Intune environments.<br/><br/><b>Backup and Recovery :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Manage backup solutions for Office 365 data and participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.<br/><br/><b>Documentation and Training :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and best practices, and provide training to IT staff and end-users.<br/><br/></p><p>- Reliable and secure operation of Office 365 and Intune services as part of the overall IT infrastructure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effective integration of Office 365 and Intune with DCO and NOC operations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Timely incident response and resolution to ensure 24/7 availability of critical services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Efficient management of user accounts, licenses, and security settings within Office 365 and Intune.<br/><br/></p><p>- Regular monitoring, reporting, and auditing of Office 365 and Intune performance and security.<br/><br/></p><p>- Comprehensive documentation and training materials for internal use.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>The candidate will have the following requirements :<br/><br/><b>Office 365 Administration :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in managing Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.<br/><br/><b>Intune Administration :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, including device management, policy enforcement, and application deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with virtualization platforms (Citrix, Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V, etc.

).<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have exposure to IaC and Terraform/Ansible.<br/><br/><b>Data Center Operations (DCO) and NOC Support :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in supporting DCO and NOC operations, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a 24/7 environment.<br/><br/><b>PowerShell and Scripting :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to create and use PowerShell scripts and other tools to automate tasks within Office 365 and Intune environments.<br/><br/><b>Automation and IaC :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge related to Ansible, Terraform, and devops framework.<br/><br/><b>Security and Compliance :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- In-depth knowledge of security features in Office 365 and Intune, including MFA, DLP, and compliance tools.<br/><br/><b>Backup and Recovery :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of backup solutions for Office 365 data and disaster recovery planning.<br/><br/><b>Monitoring Tools :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with monitoring tools for tracking the health and performance of Office 365 and Intune services.<br/><br/><b>Communication :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication skills for providing technical support and collaborating with IT teams.<br/><br/><b>Documentation :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to create detailed documentation and training resources.<br/><br/><b>24/7 Availability :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Commitment to providing round-the-clock support for critical Office 365 and Intune services.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
