<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced <b>Senior Technical Consultant - Infor M3 (MAK)</b> to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Infor M3 technical architecture, with a strong focus on development using <b>MAK (M3 Adaptation Kit)</b>.
The consultant will be responsible for technical solution design, development, integration, and support of Infor M3 customizations and extensions.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead and execute technical development activities using <b>Infor MAK and M3 Source Code Management.</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, test, and deploy <b>customizations and extensions</b> in Infor M3 ERP.<br/><br/>- Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.<br/><br/>- Analyze existing systems and processes, identifying areas for <b>technical optimization or automation.</b><br/><br/>- Develop and manage <b>interfaces/integrations</b> using ION, M3 APIs, and other middleware platforms.<br/><br/>- Conduct <b>code reviews</b>, enforce development best practices, and ensure compliance with Infor standards.<br/><br/>- Provide <b>technical guidance and mentorship</b> to junior consultants and developers.<br/><br/>- Participate in <b>solution architecture design</b> and technical strategy discussions.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to M3 customizations and performance.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<br/><br/>- <b>7+ years</b> of technical experience with <b>Infor M3 ERP.</b><br/><br/>- <b>3+ years</b> hands-on experience with <b>MAK (M3 Adaptation Kit).</b><br/><br/>- Proficiency in <b>Java, M3 H5 SDK, Smart Office scripting, and LAD (LifeCycle Adapter Development).</b><br/><br/>- Experience with <b>Infor ION, MEC, and M3 APIs.</b><br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of <b>Infor development lifecycle</b>, including version management and deployment using MAK.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with <b>Infor CloudSuite and multi-tenant</b> architecture (preferred).<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Infor certifications (e.g., M3 Technical Consultant, Infor ION).<br/><br/>- Experience with Infor OS and Mongoose platform.<br/><br/>- Exposure to agile project delivery methodologies.<br/><br/>- Experience in sectors like manufacturing, distribution, or fashion is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
