Job Summary:  
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Specialist  to lead and support the implementation, customisation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer data platforms (CDPs), data integration, and customer journey mapping, with a passion for driving actionable insights from customer data.
 Key Responsibilities:  
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights solutions.
 
 
- Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, web, social, etc.) into Customer Insights.
 
 
- Develop unified customer profiles and segments to support marketing, sales, and service initiatives.
 
 
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and build dashboards and reports.
 
 
- Customize and extend Customer Insights using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
 
 
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
 
 
- Provide training and support to internal teams on Customer Insights capabilities.
 
 
- Stay current with Microsoft updates and best practices for Customer Insights and related technologies.
 
 
Required Qualifications:  
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights  (minimum 2–3 years).
 
 
- Strong understanding of CDP concepts , customer data modeling, and segmentation.
 
 
- Experience with Power Platform , Azure Data Services , and Dynamics 365 CRM .
 
 
- Proficiency in data integration tools  (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Power Query).
 
 
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations  (GDPR, CCPA).
 
 
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 
 
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Customer Insights are a plus.
 
 
Preferred Skills:  
- Experience in retail, financial services, or healthcare  industries.
 
 
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning  capabilities within Customer Insights.
 
 
- Ability to work in Agile environments  and manage multiple priorities.
