<p><p><b>Position Title : </b> Technical Lead/ Sr. Technical Lead/ Technical Architect</p><br/><p>.Net || C# || MVC || SQL || web API (Immediate joiners with 10+ years of experience) Remote.</p><br/><p><b>Experience : </b> 10 + years.</p><br/><p><b>Skills required : </b>.Net core, MVC, SQL, web API, C#, Team handling, client interaction, Project Estimation.</p><br/><p><b>Location : </b> Remote.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Manage and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance and support.</p><br/><p>- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time.</p><br/><p>- Design scalable and efficient software solutions.</p><br/><p>- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.</p><br/><p>- Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.</p><br/><p>- Identify and resolve technical challenges, implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.</p><br/><p>- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for continuous learning and improvement within the team.</p><br/><p><b>Experience & Skills : </b></p><br/><p>- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.</p><br/><p>- Proven experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server and .NET Core.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.</p><br/><p>- Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.</p><br/><p>- Excellent leadership and team management skills.</p><br/><p>- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</p><br/><p>- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</p><br/><p>- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</p><br/><p>- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.</p><br/><p>- Experience with SSRS is a plus.</p><br/><p><b>Must have Skill set : </b></p><br/><p>- 12+ years of experience in .NET development, with at least 3-5 years in an architect/team lead role.</p><br/><p>- Strong expertise in SQL Server, .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Microservices, and Entity Framework Core.</p><br/><p>- Define and implement scalable and robust .NET-based architectures (Microservices, Clean Architecture, DDD).</p><br/><p>- Design and oversee API integrations, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems.</p><br/><p>- Ensure architectural decisions align with business goals and long-term scalability.</p><br/><p>- Data consistency, scalability, and integration across multiple systems, including data warehouses and Master Data Management (MDM) for maintaining a golden record.</p><br/><p>- Implement security best practices (OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD, JWT).</p><br/><p>- Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, design patterns, and best coding practices.</p><br/><p>- Implement DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.</p><br/><p>- Lead end-to-end development of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.</p><br/><p>- Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.</p><br/><p>- Guide and mentor development teams, conducting code reviews and technical training.</p><br/><p>- Define development standards and enforce best practices.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and business stakeholders.</p><br/><p>- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.</p><br/><p>- Ensure project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.</p><br/><p>- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.</p><br/><p><b>Good to have Skill set : </b></p><br/><p>- Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services (App Services, Functions, CosmosDB, etc.</p><br/><p>- Hands-on experience in NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), and performance tuning.</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular, React.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of authentication & authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC,
