<br/><br/>We are looking for a Senior Manager Software Development, who can own product deliverables, from product map creation to launch, for our customers.
<br/><br/>In addition, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, team productivity, and new technology implementation in your teams.
<br/><br/><b>Key responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with the customer to create a roadmap for the product & set up key milestones to be achieved by the team.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Create project plans and estimates, manage risks and providing status reports to the customer and internal stakeholders.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement critical software development processes to improve the quality of work.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Solve critical business problems by using latest tools & technologies or innovative architecture/solution.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Hire and build a distributed team committed to achieving high standards of design, scale and deliverables.
We hire developers mainly from top 2% engineering colleges in India.
<br/><br/><b>We are looking for someone with :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 12+ years of experience in of designing, developing and testing applications, with minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Java, Spring MVC/Boot, Rest, RDBMS database design, and SQL Programming.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge in any one cloud (Ex : AWS, Azure), Scalable design, Linux ecosystem.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of Software development process using Agile Scrum/Scrumban methodology, and the tools like Jira, and can set it up for her teams.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes from code development to release, and comfortable to set it up for teams.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of one of the Frontend frameworks, NoSQL databases would be a plus.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience of managing teams with 5-10 people.
<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong People Management skills and ability to hire and develop talent.
