Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Center Network Infrastructure Construction

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.

**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
+ 5 years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, fiber-optics, or critical systems construction management.
+ 5 years of experience working in data centers or similar mission critical environments where work involves impact to core functionalities and is governed with formal change control processes.
+ 5 years of project or construction management experience with network infrastructure (e.g., fiber optic cabling, cable tray, racks, etc).

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Certification in Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar.
+ Knowledge of fast-track design build processes.
+ Understanding of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems relative to network infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plan the requirements with internal customers and external partners to user projects through the entire project life-cycle.
+ Work with customers to develop project scopes, managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders.
+ Manage projects of various size and scope, identify future opportunities, improve processes and drive the technical directions of assigned programs.
+ Manage large-scale technical projects in a rapidly changing industry, be able to tolerate ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
