We are seeking a **Senior Quality Engineer, Martech platforms** with a strong foundation in modern web technologies and a passion for **automation, AI-driven solutions, and digital marketing platforms** .

This role goes beyond traditional Testing—it requires a **consultative approach** , the ability to **design intelligent systems** , and a drive to **optimize digital experiences** through data and innovation.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.

Ensure thorough coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements.
+ Design, develop and maintain **automation frameworks** for testing using Python/Java.

Enhance existing test automation suites to improve efficiency and coverage.

+ Use advanced SQL skills to query databases for data validation and testing.

Write complex SQL queries to validate data transformation and integration.
+ Identify, document, and prioritize defects.

Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and re-testing of defects.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements, clarify ambiguities, and provide testing insights.
+ Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies in AI, automation, and martech.
+ Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in software testing, with significant expertise in both manual and automated testing.
+ Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
+ Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
+ Experience with performance and security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, OWASP tools) is a plus.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different partners.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
+ Strong database skills (SQL, PL/SQL, Data Warehousing concepts, ETL).
+ Hands-on experience with **DevOps practices** (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, VSTS).
+ Exposure to **digital marketing platforms** , customer data platforms (CDPs), or loyalty systems is a plus.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Strong ETL and Data warehousing skills/experience is added advantage

+ Experience with AI/ML frameworks (scikit-learn, AWS AI services, or similar).
+ Knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms (Adobe Experience cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GCP, etc.).
+ Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI practices.
+ Consulting experience or client-facing roles in martech or digital transformation projects.
