The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of deep technical expertise in SAP Business One (B1) and a profound understanding of core business processes.
</p><p><br/></p><p>You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our ERP ecosystem, from technical implementation and system integration to process optimization and team leadership.
This role is perfect for a results-driven professional with a "get-it-done" mindset who is eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>SAP B1 Implementation & Customization :<br/><br/>- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP B1 modules, including Finance, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, and Production.<br/><br/>- Drive end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.<br/><br/>- Customize workflows, dashboards, and reporting to align with evolving business needs, leveraging the SAP B1 SDK (Software Development Kit) for advanced development.<br/><br/>Techno-Functional Leadership :<br/><br/>- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical designs.<br/><br/>- Provide expert guidance on SAP B1 capabilities and limitations to drive informed decision-making.<br/><br/>Systems Integration & Data Management :<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications such as e-commerce platforms, CRM, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) using web services (SOAP/REST) and APIs.<br/><br/>- Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.<br/><br/>Process Automation & Optimization :<br/><br/>- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency through automation and system configuration.<br/><br/>- Implement best practices to improve data accuracy and reporting capabilities using tools like Crystal Reports.<br/><br/>Technical Support & Mentorship :<br/><br/>- Oversee debugging, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex SAP B1 issues.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).<br/><br/>- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.<br/><br/>Required Skills & Qualifications :<br/><br/>Experience & Education :<br/><br/>- 4- 7 years of hands-on experience in a techno-functional SAP B1 role.<br/><br/>- Proven track record in successfully designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.<br/><br/>- Educational background of B.Tech/M.Tech or BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges is preferred.<br/><br/>Technical Proficiency :<br/><br/>- Strong technical expertise in SAP B1 development, including the use of the SDK, DI API, and Crystal Reports.<br/><br/>- In-depth understanding of core SAP B1 modules and their interdependencies.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with systems integration, web services, and data migration techniques.<br/><br/>Tools & Technologies :<br/><br/>- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, and other related technologies.<br/><br/>- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.<br/><br/>Soft Skills :<br/><br/>- High ownership and a "get-it-done" mindset with a strong problem-solving aptitude.<br/><br/>- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align multi-disciplinary teams.<br/><br/>Preferred Skills :<br/><br/>- Certification in SAP B1.<br/><br/>- Experience with cloud-based ERP deployments.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of SQL scripting and database management.<br/><br/>- Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
