<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Senior Test Engineer (UI Test Automation Engineer DEX)<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Noida, India<br/><br/><b>Title of Direct Manager : </b> Team Manager Software Development</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Short Description/Job Objective : </b><br/><br/></p><p>The TeamViewer Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform finds and resolves IT issues before they affect users.
Over the past several years we have successfully built and released products which makes IT administrators' day-to-day life easier.

Were looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with expertise in automation-testing of the UI / web front-end, focusing on consistency in the content, layout, responsiveness, user navigation and user accessibility.
</p><p><br/></p><p>As part of an Agile team, you will be an individual contributor working on the automated testing of our DEX platforms web user-interface, using tools like Playwright and other testing frameworks.
Work includes content-testing of the screens, functional testing of the user navigation, and verifying accessibility requirements like Section 508.
The system under test will be hosted on Azure Kubernetes for SaaS, and on IIS for : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate and take responsibility for automating the testing of UI / screens to increase test coverage across our platform<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate automated tests and maintain the CI/CD pipeline<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with the team to ensure best testability of the UI features with automated testing<br/><br/></p><p>- Own the test planning, automation, data management, execution and reporting<br/><br/></p><p>- Write, review and execute test plans throughout the development life cycle<br/><br/></p><p>- Support, develop and improve (automated) testing strategies and techniques<br/><br/></p><p>- Find bugs, isolate, document, troubleshoot, and track your findings<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure test plans thoroughly cover all UI specifications and content<br/><br/></p><p>- Communicate and report test execution results to the product team and leadership team<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and guide automation engineers, promote best practices and continuous : </b></p><p><br/></p>- A university degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology, or any other related subject<br/><br/></p><p>- 4+ years of experience in automated testing & quality assurance<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of professional testing practices (SOLID) within the software development life cycle<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in UI testing - layout, content, responsive UI, form factors<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, team managers<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in manual testing<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in working with common software testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Ranorex)<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Typescript /Javascript & SQL<br/><br/></p><p>- Close attention to detail and the desire to learn and work with innovative technology every day<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven skills and a working history in design and implementation of automated tests & frameworks<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in working with VMs on Hypervisor, ADO build pipelines and Azure environments<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Accessibility Testing (A11y, Section 508) and tools is a plus<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience of API testing tools like Postman, and familiarity with JSON is a plus<br/><br/></p><p>- ISTQB certification is a plus<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with AI-based tools like Co-pilot for Test generation is a plus<br/><br/></p><p>- Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
