<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Develop and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications as per business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and build custom modules, workflows, functions, and integrations using Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide innovative Zoho-based solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms and internal systems using REST APIs and other integration tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity across Zoho applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Zoho applications for performance and scalability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain documentation for solution design, configurations, and customizations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Zoho solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on the latest Zoho features, releases, and best practices to recommend improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and IT to align Zoho solutions with organizational Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 4-10 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development and customization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in Zoho CRM customization, Zoho Creator app development, and Deluge scripting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience integrating Zoho applications with third-party software and APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in REST API, JSON, XML, and webhooks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of CRM business processes and workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with data migration, data management, and report/dashboard creation in Zoho.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional Zoho solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with project management and working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Consultant) are Qualifications :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Knowledge of other Zoho products like Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in building scalable enterprise-grade applications on the Zoho platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to cloud platforms and integration tools</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
