<p>Job Description :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Oversee the development of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective software solutions with an emphasis on quality, best-practice coding standards, and cost-effectiveness<br/><br/>- Participate as a team lead on projects, which includes training, coaching, and sharing technical knowledge with less experienced staff.<br/><br/>- Rapidly identify and resolve technical incidents as they emerge<br/><br/>- Build rapid technical prototypes for early customer validation of new technologies<br/><br/>- Collaborate effectively across Technology and Operations to understand, translate, and integrate methodologies into engineering build pipelines<br/><br/>- Collaborate with product owners to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, providing leadership in the design and architecture processes.<br/><br/>- Provide expert apprenticeship to project teams on technology strategy, cultivating advanced skill sets in application engineering and implementing modern software engineering practices<br/><br/>- Lead and mentor a team of Software Developers and Senior Software Developers, providing guidance and support in their professional development<br/><br/>- Stay informed about the latest technology and methodology by participating in industry forums, having an active peer network, and engaging actively with customers<br/><br/>- Cultivate a team environment focused on continuous learning, where innovative technologies are developed and refined through collaborative effort<br/><br/>- Develop different efficient, testable, and reusable module in existing ERP system using ASP.NET Framework, C# and MS SQL Server<br/><br/>- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing ERP system modules<br/><br/>- Write SQL queries, Stored procedure, trigger, etc.<br/><br/>- Work with the MVC design pattern for application development.<br/><br/>- Create and manage WEB APIs, Schedulers, etc.<br/><br/>- Design user-friendly modules using CSS3, HTML5, and the Bootstrap framework.<br/><br/>- Develop and enhance interactive front-end elements using JavaScript, jQuery, and other relevant front-end technologies.<br/><br/>- Should be able to deliver projects in Agile Project planning budgeting scoping managing customer expectation.<br/><br/>- Handle the project delivery end to end Team handling and mentoring<br/><br/>- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile Scrum practices and values to delight customers.<br/><br/>- Accountable and making sure everyone on the team understands the project's goals and scope.<br/><br/>- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.<br/><br/>- Facilitating scrum events daily stand-ups other meetings as needed.<br/><br/>- Develop schedule and cost plans that support the business objectives timelines budgets resources milestones and project deliverables.<br/><br/>- Lead teams in implementing Scrum in order to maximize velocity.<br/><br/>Manages project execution to achieve highest value project deliverables within the established schedule and budget.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
