<br/><br/><b>Your Role :</b> <br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b> <br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate on the definition, design, and implementation of new software components within the RIB 4.0 product environment.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop comprehensive solutions, spanning business logic to intuitive user interface design.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Guide architectural decisions and ensure the scalability and maintainability of the platform.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and implement robust testing methodologies to ensure the stability and reliability of implemented solutions.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Foster seamless collaboration with international development centers within RIB Software.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Team leading of the BIM/5D development team.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the BIM / 5D development team.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

<br/><br/><b>Your Profile :</b> <br/><br/></p><p>- Overall, more than 8 to 10 years of technical leadership and team management experience.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.

<br/><br/></p><p>- A great communicator.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in working on agile setups with Product Management (Product Owner, Product Manager, ) <br/><br/></p><p>- Servant Leader : Builds an inclusive and empowered team, while igniting leadership in others.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Extensive experience in developing applications based on relational databases.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular/Typescript, HTML5, AngularJs and SQL.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of fundamental data structures (trees, graphs, etc.) and algorithms.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in 3D BIM data, processes or data formats with focus on the construction industry.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and customer orientation.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently, with a structured and quality-focused approach.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b> <br/><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of experience in software development and team leading exposure.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies including C#, .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server, Azure services and Angular front end.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of database optimization techniques.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience in cloud-based development practises Familiarity with DevOps (Azure VM's, VMSS and DB's), CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders <br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive architectural decisions and mentor teams.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum etc.

and tools like JIRA/HP ALM.

<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b> <br/><br/></p><p>- Engineering Graduate with software solution design experience.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in managing Monolithic & Microservices architectures.

<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques (React, Angular, or Blazor).
