<p><p><b>About Sensia</b><br/><br/>We bring together the best of the best: the pioneering process automation, real-time control and IoT technologies of Rockwell Automation, combined with the unmatched measurement and instrument, software and analytics capabilities of Schlumberger.<br/><br/>Sensia is further strengthened by the oil and gas domain expertise and artificial lift experience shared by Rockwell Automation and Schlumberger.<br/><br/>The result is Sensia the leading automation specialist in oil and gas production, transportation and processing with a team of more than 1,000 experts serving customers globally in more than 80 countries.<br/><br/>As the first fully integrated oilfield automation solutions provider, Sensia makes the production, transportation and processing of oil and gas simpler, safer, more secure, more productive and better understood from end to end.<br/><br/>Now every oil and gas company can experience the advantages of industrial-scale digitalization and seamless automation, enabling each asset to operate more productively and more profitably.<br/><br/>We are also looking for the best of the best to join our team.<br/><br/>If you have top-tier talent with a collaborative mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to generate innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.<br/><br/>We would love to have you join our team!.<br/><br/><b>Job Description</b><br/><br/><b>Business Development Manager - Measurement</b><br/><br/><b>Position Summary</b><br/><br/>- The BDM is responsible for Sensia Measurement Sales via Direct Sales, and sales through partners to achieve revenue projections for Sensias measurement AOP targets, enabling the companys comprehensive Oil and Gas Strategy to the Industry.<br/><br/>- This includes but is not limited to selling Sensias measurement Solutions and expanding Market growth through Sensias Measurement Partners and network.<br/><br/>- The role requires leveraging significant industry and financial business knowledge to create demand and persuade through the development/ presentation of compelling purchasing rationales in a highly competitive environment.<br/><br/>Viewed as Professional Sales Leader by the company and in the market, the BDM is accountable for driving strategic deals to closure.<br/><br/>- The BDM sets the strategic objectives and winning strategy for pursuits working in conjunction with the direct account, and regional/global team and Sales Partners.<br/><br/>- The role and responsibility listed and should not limited activities to be successful and drive collaboration with others to achieve AOP goals and targets for Sensia.<br/><br/>- Able to work in an agile environment and provide leadership to others through indirect reporting is essential to the Roles success.<br/><br/>- Achieve Sensias Measurement Sales Targets and meet business revenue plans for Measurement Solutions and Services using a discipline sales process within targeted and shared accounts.<br/><br/>- Directly responsible for meeting and exceeding quota by actively negotiating and bringing opportunities to closure while working with the broader matrixed Sensia sales teams.<br/><br/>- Partners and collaborates to expand opportunities to attach the full Sensia portfolio of Products, Solutions, and Services.<br/><br/>- Develop and manage an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of Sensia Measurement Solutions, and Service via Direct Sales, Sales team of parent companies and through channel partners.<br/><br/>- Generate new account relationship and account development in new markets for Sensia.<br/><br/>- Ensure complete Customer proposal information; Scope of Work, Commercial Position, Preliminary Technical Solutions are provided to the Sensia Proposal Team.<br/><br/>- Champion the Proposal accurately meets Customers expectations and timing.<br/><br/>- Work collaborative with Proposal to ensure a positive outcome from the Customer to benefit Sensia to close.<br/><br/>- Provide formal regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline, and activity summary information.<br/><br/>- Monitor & report revenue and pipeline results weekly via CRM tool for assigned Accounts, Sales, and Geographies to ensure performance goals are met.<br/><br/>- Develop strong business & financial knowledge of Sensias measurement offering and its impact on potential business.<br/><br/>- Demonstrate understanding of metering, custody transfer, flow measurement technologies, Sampling etc and their impact on customers business outcome.<br/><br/>- Be involved in Regional Oil and Gas Community, Established Voice of the Customer Champions, and Understand industry Trends.<br/><br/>- Lead Sensia measurement affinity Teams Qualifications:</b><br/><br/>- Oil and Gas Industry experience in Production and Operations work processes.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of metering, custody transfer, ultrasonic flow measurement technologies related to Oil and Gas.<br/><br/>- Ability to conduct Business Assessments and identify key issues and then provide Solutions to address issues.<br/><br/>- Be a Team Member, Collaborator, and able to lead Teams from an indirect influencing Role.<br/><br/>- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, petroleum engineering, O&G Operations, or related discipline preferred;
