The ideal candidate will be proficient in building engaging user interfaces using ServiceNows UI Builder, Seismic framework, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and React.
This role involves end-to-end development, integration, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions to meet diverse business needs.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications with a focus on UI/portal development, leveraging UI Builder and Seismic framework for an enhanced user experience.<br/><br/>- Build reusable and scalable components to support long-term platform maintainability.<br/><br/>- Design, build, and implement REST API integrations and advanced configurations using Flow Designer to ensure seamless process automation.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth delivery throughout the development lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Apply JavaScript, AngularJS, and React expertise to create responsive and high-performing web applications within ServiceNow.<br/><br/>- Maintain code quality standards, utilizing modern software development tools (IDEs, debuggers, source control, build tools).<br/><br/>- Follow best practices in object-oriented design, data structure optimization, and design pattern implementation.<br/><br/>- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to organizational development standards.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer.<br/><br/>- Experience in any module : ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, CSM, SPM, HRSD, or GRC.<br/><br/>- Proven ability in developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform.<br/><br/>- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine, ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, Workspaces, and Integration Hub.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in JavaScript scripting, ServiceNow workflows, and integration design.<br/><br/>- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.<br/><br/>- Effective team player capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications (Optional) :</b><br/><br/>- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications.<br/><br/>- Experience with ServiceNow Seismic design framework and UI Builder custom components.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/>- Exposure to integration tools (REST, SOAP, API gateways).<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
