<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/><b>Job Title :</b> ServiceNow Architect (Custom Applications)<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Noida<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 10+ years in IT, 6+ years in ServiceNow<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow custom applications and enterprise solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define technical strategy, integration patterns, and data flows for large-scale ServiceNow implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on development of custom ServiceNow applications using Scoped Apps, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable ServiceNow solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure platform governance, best practices, performance tuning, and maintainability of ServiceNow applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership during design, development, and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, APIs).<br/><br/></p><p>- Support upgrades, patching, and enhancements of ServiceNow environments.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 10+ years IT experience, with at least 6 years of ServiceNow development & architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in custom application development on ServiceNow (Scoped Apps).<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in App Engine Studio, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM (implementation experience preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in architecture design, solutioning, and platform governance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.<br/><br/><b>Nice to Have :</b></p><p><br/>- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).<br/><br/></p><p>- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).<br/><br/></p><p>- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM/HRSD/CSM.<br/><br/></p><p>- Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
