The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Integration Hub, Flow Designer, App Engine, and workflows.
This role demands both technical proficiency and leadership in delivering scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions that meet diverse enterprise needs.</p> <hr />
<h4><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and related modules.</li> <li>Design and optimize workflows, integrations, and solutions using <strong>ServiceNow Integration Hub</strong> and <strong>Flow Designer</strong>.</li> <li>Develop and implement custom applications using the <strong>App Engine</strong> to address specific business needs.</li> <li>Configure integration connections using REST, SOAP, JDBC, FTP, and other protocols, leveraging out-of-the-box and custom spokes as required.</li> <li>Oversee the development and customization of <strong>Employee Service Portals</strong> within HRSD, ensuring alignment with user needs.</li> <li>Manage complex workflows, including HR lifecycle events, and integrate with third-party systems like Azure AD, Okta, and Workday.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API key management.</li> <li>Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li> <li>Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for ongoing optimization.</li> <li>Establish coding standards, best practices, and documentation for workflows, configurations, and integration designs.</li> <li>Research and recommend new functionalities to deliver business value.</li>

<h4><strong>Required Skills & Experience:</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> <ul> <li>Minimum 8+ years on the ServiceNow platform, with significant hands-on expertise in <strong>HRSD</strong>, <strong>ITSM</strong>, <strong>CSM</strong>, <strong>GRC</strong>, and integrations.</li> <li>Proven track record of managing ServiceNow upgrades for complex and customer-specific instances.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> <ul> <li>Strong experience in <strong>Integration Hub</strong>, <strong>Flow Designer</strong>, and scripting (JavaScript, JSON, XML).</li> <li>Proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web service protocols.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of HRSD plugins (e.g., HR Core, HR Integrations, Lifecycle Events).</li> <li>Hands-on experience in CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery.</li> <li>Extensive experience with <strong>Business Rules</strong>, <strong>Script Includes</strong>, <strong>UI Actions</strong>, and <strong>Scheduled Jobs</strong>.</li> <li>Skilled in creating import sets, transform maps, and ensuring data integrity.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Security:</strong> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and related security frameworks.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Certifications:</strong> <ul> <li>ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, HRSD, Integration Hub.</li> <li>CAD (Certified Application Developer) is a plus.</li> </ul> </li>
